GRAZEMOB — TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

By using grazeMob ("the Software"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

1. PROPRIETARY SOFTWARE

grazeMob is proprietary software owned by grazeMob LLC. No ownership rights are transferred to you. The Software is licensed for personal or authorized farm use only, subject to these terms.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may not, without prior written permission from the copyright holder:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute the Software or any portion of its source code
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code (applicable law still applies to that restriction)
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the Software to build a competing product or service
• Sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or transfer the Software to any third party

Your farm records and backups are yours (moves, animals, photos, health and dose notes, ZIP/JSON backup), and these restrictions do not limit export or use of those records.

3. OFFLINE CACHING AND DOWNLOADS

By accepting these terms, you consent to the Software caching application files and downloading map imagery to your device for offline use. This caching occurs only after you have accepted these terms. While online, map tiles (OpenStreetMap, OpenTopoMap, satellite imagery) and weather (Open-Meteo) are requested using the map area or a location used for weather, and those providers receive that request.

4. DATA

Farm data you enter is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for backing up your data. grazeMob LLC is not responsible for data loss.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is a record and map for your own decisions, not veterinary advice, agronomic advice, or a fencing or stocking design, and recovery colors and weather are estimates.

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GRAZEMOB LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, INCLUDING INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.

7. ACCEPTANCE

By tapping "Accept" you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. When these terms change, the app asks you to accept again, and the new version applies once you accept it.
